About the Event
Inspired by the timeless insights of Seneca, this talk invites us to rethink one of our most common beliefs: that life is too short. Through the lens of Stoicism, we discover a powerful idea—life is not short, but often wasted.
In a world filled with constant distractions, pressure, and busyness, we will explore how we unknowingly give away our most valuable resource: our time. Seneca shows that much of our life slips away in worry, ambition, or habits that leave us feeling empty rather than fulfilled .
This talk offers practical reflections to help us pause, refocus, and live more intentionally. What truly deserves our attention? How can we reclaim our time and direct it toward what really matters?
An invitation to step out of autopilot, rediscover purpose, and begin living—not someday, but now.
